Members of the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman recently gained some insight into understanding personalities from internationally recognized, professional development consultant to the stars, Rod Waddell.

Mr Waddell treated members and guests to a dynamic and interactive session on the subject on Thursday 30 August during one of the club's weekly breakfast meetings. Mr Waddell is an accomplished consultant/motivational speaker, who has facilitated training for some of the worlds most notable Fortune 500 companies.

Thursday's presentation was the first part in a series of professional development sessions that Mr Waddell has agreed to offer to the Club and its members. The aim of this particular session was to provide the participants with an understanding of various personality traits that is, how to identify them, what they represent, and how they work in order to build good professional and personal relationships. At the end Sonji Myles, Public Relations representative of the Club, thanked Mr Waddell for his contribution to the members' development and awarded him a certificate of appreciation.
