The Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman was recently addressed by Past President of Rotary International Dr. Frank Devyln (2000-2001) and Rotary International Director Mr. Barry Rassin - another first in Rotaract Clubs in the Caribbean.

The two distinguished Rotarians addressed the Club's 14 February 2008 with an audience that included such outstanding local Rotarians as Past President Chris Bowring, Immediate Past President Hendrik van Genderden and President Rosie Jamieson of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman. In the world of Rotary, Dr. Devyln is recognized as being one of the most sought-out speakers, constantly in demand for Rotary conferences and events.  Mr. Rassin, who hails from the Bahamas is a dynamic speaker and dedicated Rotarian in his own right. The two Rotarians were on island to address the local Rotary Clubs at a gala event held at the Ritz Carlton resort that evening. Champions of the Rotaract cause, they jumped at the opportunity to address the Club on the Valentine's theme, "Why I still love being a Rotarian".
