Insurance Week Walkathon

Rotaractor Matthew Seales at the Wharf Restaurant water station cheer on a participant in the Ken Chand Memorial 5K/10K Walk Saturday morning, the culminating event of the Cayman Islands Insurance Associations Insurance Week. Earlier in the week, Rotarian Advisor Gerry Mendez gave a presentation to our Club on the need for insurance and the social and ecnomic impact of under-insurance in the Post-Ivan economy in the Cayman Islands. Many members had "a-Ha" moments and a new found appreciation of "risk-transfer". P hoto: Alan Markoff
