Cayman Rotaractor goes to India to help stop Polio

In October 2008, Rotaractors were invited to Make Dreams Real by reducing child mortality in India. One Rotaractor from the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman personally answered that call and is preparing to travel to India to help vaccinate 183 MILLION underprivileged children aged 5 and under with the oral vaccine needed to protect them against the polio virus. She will visit a polio rehabilitation hospital and an integrated abilities school in Delhi to see firsthand the devastating effects of polio and how afflicted individuals overcome their illness with Rotary's help.
